Job summary

BearCom Canada Corp. is seeking a Rental Manager to lead branch rental operations in Edmonton. You will manage rental orders, inventory, deliveries, and work closely with a small team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include supervising 1–4 staff, coordinating client rentals, and maintaining high service standards while supporting revenue goals and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of operations management and/or sales experience.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Team leadership and staff coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to take rental orders.
• Coordinate equipment needs to fulfill orders.
• Manage rental inventory control.
• Supervise 1–4 staff including coordinators and drivers.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups, optimize staff efforts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address invoicing issues.
• Support branch revenue goals and local marketing.
• Oversee equipment installation and setup for rentals.
