The Driving Force Inc. is currently seeking a Rental Manager to oversee our Rentals department in our Mississauga location. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and cultivating enduring relationships within our high-traffic branch.

A dynamic and collaborative work environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Set goals, train, encourage, and coach team members on company goals and values
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Ensure reservations are booked according to the process, and rentals are opened and closed as required
  • Complete necessary paperwork
  • Maintain high standards in day-to-day operations
  • Organize vehicle deliveries and pickups to meet conditions and deadlines
  • Communicate promptly with the Regional Manager and/or Leadership regarding opportunities and customer issues
  • Participate in budget planning with the Regional Manager
  • Maximize sales revenue and vehicle utilization according to company policies
  • Ensure Health & Safety policies and processes are followed
  • Maintain department reporting processes and standards
  • Promote TDF Group Rentals services in line with company brand policies

What You Bring:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for mentoring a successful team
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven excellence in customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, handle stress, and solve problems
  • Experience in retail or B2B sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Experience supervising a large team in a similar industry
  • Strong alignment with the DRIVING FORCE values – Integrity, Passion, Commitment, and Respect
