Building lasting relationships with clinics, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders, you will develop your internal network and contribute to cross-functional projects. You will leverage transferable skills across projects related to market access, product launches, patient services, and marketing, making a tangible impact on our growth plan.

Job Title: Rare Disease Account Manager

What you will be doing

  • Create awareness about rare diseases and support services through physician, nurse, and office-based selling and promotion.
  • Engage via phone, email, video conferencing, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Educate healthcare providers about prescribing processes and support services.
  • Coordinate patient support with our HUB and support teams.
  • Lead community-based education initiatives with thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and training teams on diagnosis, disease education, and messaging.
  • Implement marketing programs and support medical meetings.
  • Work with Medical Affairs on educational initiatives.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans.

What will enable you to thrive

Key skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience selling biopharmaceutical products and services
  • 5+ years in field-based biopharmaceutical sales
  • 3+ years in Hospital/Institutional sales
  • Proven results in meeting or exceeding targets
  • High ethical standards
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and share information proactively
  • Experience with CRM systems, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel >70%
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
