Job summary

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a Rental Administrator to manage invoicing and administrative processes for equipment rentals. You will ensure accurate, timely processing and maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work in Regina, SK, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate weekly and monthly rental invoices in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, organize and maintain rental files for compliance and accessibility.
  • Register and discharge equipment liens using the APPRES system.
  • Manage electronic rental start and stop notifications through the John Deere system.
  • Maintain and update the rentals database to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and post journal entries related to rental transactions.
  • Perform rental account reconciliation and balancing at month-end.
  • Generate rental reports for internal review and external reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Rental Administrator is responsible for managing the invoicing and administrative processes associated with equipment rentals. This role ensures accurate, timely, and organized processing to support financial and operational objectives, while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For
