Earthworks Equipment is a locally owned Saskatoon company and Bobcat/Kubota/Develon dealer. This role coordinates day-to-day rental operations, supports customers, and works with Sales, Service, Parts, and Transportation teams to maximize fleet utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment rental, construction, agricultural, industrial equipment, or related industry is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership/rental software.
• Equipment knowledge is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment rentals, scheduling, deliveries, pickups, and returns.
• Build strong relationships with rental customers and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Prepare rental quotes, contracts, extensions, and off-rent documentation.
• Monitor rental fleet availability, utilization, condition, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with Service to ensure rental equipment is ready and available.
• Identify rental opportunities and promote additional equipment to customers.
• Maintain accurate rental records and documentation.
• Assist with rental pricing, invoicing, and monitoring outstanding accounts.
• Ensure rental equipment is clean, safe, and ready for the next customer.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve rental concerns professionally.

Earthworks Equipment is a locally owned and operated company with deep roots in Saskatoon. As an authorized dealer for Bobcat, Kubota, and Develon, we proudly serve the construction, agricultural, industrial, and acreage markets.

This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day rental operation, supporting customers, maximizing rental fleet utilization, and working closely with our Sales, Service, Parts, and Transportation teams.
