Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Rental Account Manager in Canada (Nova Scotia). The role combines inside and outside sales to grow rental revenues, build relationships with clients, and develop strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership capabilities. The position offers a full-time schedule, pay range CAD 50k–55k plus commissions, car and phone allowances, and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business or related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a sales role.

Summary

The Rental Account Manager will have responsibility for both inside and outside sales. This role will grow with a career path toward Customer Development Manager and/or Business Development Manager roles in our Lease division.

Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually + commission + phone allowance + car allowance

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Functions

• Act as a leader in the development and guidance of employees to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

• Minimum Pay Range: $50K
• Maximum Pay Range: $55k
