Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Workday reporting and dashboards experience or certifications (3–5 years).
• Experience in data governance, reporting governance, and data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR reporting governance, standards, and best practices across HR systems.
• Manage the ServiceNow reporting queue and deliver Workday reports and data extracts.
• Lead enterprise-wide HR data audits to strengthen data accuracy and trust in workforce reporting.
• Design and enhance HR dashboards and reporting solutions for better self-service and decision making.
• Create and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards (matrix, composite, trending).
• Collaborate with HR partners, technology teams, auditors, and project teams to deliver reporting expertise.
