The Workday Reporting Specialist & Service Delivery Data Analyst role exists to provide trusted, accessible, and actionable HR and service delivery data that enables informed decision-making across The Salvation Army in Canada. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, data governance, and data quality processes across Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR systems to ensure data integrity and reporting system health. By translating workforce and service delivery data into meaningful insights, the role supports operational effectiveness, workforce planning, continuous improvement, and executive reporting. It contributes to The Salvation Army’s mission by enabling leaders to make evidence-based decisions, improving service delivery, and ensuring HR operations are supported by accurate and reliable data. This is a remote, fixed-term position and is open to candidates all across Canada.
The target hiring range for this position is $85,321.60 to $106,641.60 with a maximum of $127,982.40. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
