Job summary

Loopio is seeking a Website Experience Manager to own the development, optimization, and evolution of our marketing website and broader web experience. This hands-on role intersects web development, CRO, and AI-enabled development.

You’ll ensure Loopio’s site is fast, scalable, visually compelling, easy to maintain, and effective at turning visitors into pipeline. We’re looking for someone with strong WordPress expertise, Gutenberg, and experience building interactive experiences using GSAP.

Qualifications

Deep WordPress expertise with Gutenberg and Full Site Editing.
Experience with GSAP or modern animation libraries.
Strong HTML/CSS/JS and PHP skills, with React experience valued.

Responsibilities

Own ongoing development, maintenance, and evolution of Loopio’s marketing website and related properties.
Translate growth, brand, product marketing, SEO, and campaigns into optimized web experiences.
Maintain scalable website architecture for fast launches by marketing.
Collaborate with design to translate Figma concepts into production-ready experiences.
Use AI coding agents to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation.
Lead CRO experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion and business outcomes.
Oversee hosting/management of Loopio.com on cloud platforms.
