Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a target-driven mindset with a track record of hitting quotas.
• Proficiency using Salesforce to manage leads, activity, and opportunities.
• Experience supporting both guest-facing and trade-partner channels is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills and customer-centric selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound/outbound leads into bookings using a consultative sales process.
• Own sales pipeline in Salesforce, logging activity and following up diligently.
• Drive revenue across B2C and B2B by recommending suitable travel experiences.
• Maintain high service levels while meeting KPIs for conversion and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and travel trends.
