Job summary

Lifemark Health Group (LHG) is seeking a Telecommunications Operations Specialist to support planning, vendor coordination and ensure optimal operation of infrastructure hardware and software. Remote within Canada with competitive salary range $50,000 to $60,000 annually.

You will provide technical expertise for VOIP and telecommunication services, collaborate with carriers and stakeholders, manage provisioning, performance reporting and documentation to uphold service commitments and strong

Qualifications

Knowledge of mobile broadband, data network operations and VOIP services.
Ability to plan and coordinate provisioning and vendor activities.
Experience with network performance reporting and documentation.
Strong collaboration with carriers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and support for telecommunications services in Clinical Operations and Head Office.
Collaborate with carriers and stakeholders in design, development, and support of RingCentral VOIP solutions.
Plan, coordinate provisioning of hardware, vendor management and network performance reporting.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and keep all partners updated on product plans.
Identify and analyze performance trends and service delivery issues; report on solutions.
Provide SME on VOIP and telephony solutions.
