Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic, enterprise-scale platform expansion. Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager within enterprise software, SaaS, or complex product-led environments.
• Systems-Builder Mindset: move from manual execution to structured frameworks and scalable runbooks.
• Strategic long-term program focus with operational readiness as a core goal.
• Enterprise-scale experience leading cross-functional programs with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Initiative and drive to achieve great outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish Technical Platform Configuration Playbooks across critical product domains.
• Standardize identity provisioning, IDP configurations, and roster migrations (ULM).
• Coordinate net-new tenant configurations across affiliate service organizations.
• Architect asset collection, sub-brand setups, and regional marketing compliance rules.
• Map regional compliance, commission structures, and payment policies for CCiBT integrations.
• Define scalable test plan templates, smoke tests, and bug-bash guidelines for launches.
• Create launch readiness and hypercare frameworks with go/no-go templates and post-launch escalation procedures.
• Map complex cross-functional workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive platform automation.
