Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a hybrid TPM/PM to drive day-to-day execution of a fast-paced AI-enablement engineering program for a premier global client. You’ll bridge product strategy with agile delivery, translating marketer ideation into strict technical sprints and managing a pod of embedded engineers.

You will own sprint management, resolve dependencies, and ensure progress within proprietary tracking ecosystems, while collaborating with marketers, business stakeholders, and governance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Agile Scrum Master.
• Deep experience navigating complex enterprise ticketing and task systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of modern web app architecture, APIs, cloud environments, and AI/LLM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing concepts into actionable technical requirements and user stories for the engineering pod.
• Own day-to-day sprint management and task execution for the embedded engineers.
• Maintain momentum within client’s ticketing and bug-tracking systems, ensuring dependencies are logged and queues unblocked.
