Job summary

Intuit is seeking a bilingual Tax Expert for a remote, customer-facing role across Canada. You will help clients complete their taxes using TurboTax products, review complex returns, and handle product inquiries. Excellent customer service and flexible 20+ hours per week availability are expected.

Proficiency in English and French, at least 2 years of paid tax prep experience, and CRA RepID readiness are required. Competitive compensation and benefits apply across provinces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to obtain CRA RepID to use CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare personal returns, including complex elements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in preparing taxes using TurboTax products and provide tax guidance.
• Review personal tax returns for customers completing their own returns, including full-service preparation.
• Use video/audio tools to interact with customers and document conversations for accurate records.
