The candidate will use TurboTax products, access CRA Represent a Client services, and navigate bilingual tax topics in English and French, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• CRA RepID required after onboarding to access CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal returns, including complex elements.
• Bilingual in English and French, capable of handling complex tax topics in both languages.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products and provide tax guidance.
• Review personal tax returns for customers completing their tax returns on their own, and assist with full service return preparation.
• Use government websites and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in understandable terms.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video tools and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
