Job summary

Mattr Infrastructure Technologies is seeking a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to lead a small, high‑performing team and partner with hiring leaders to drive scalable, data‑driven recruitment across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, shape talent strategies and ensure best-in-class candidate experiences.

This remote role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, supports employer branding, tracks KPIs, and travels up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Three+ years progressive leadership, incl. performance management
• Experience with both third-party agencies and in-house recruitment
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions
• ATS implementation experience is a plus
• Strong relationship-building, communication and coaching skills
• Data-driven decision-making using recruitment metrics and market data

Responsibilities

• Act as a working lead on full-cycle searches when required
• Build scalable recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Track and report recruitment activity, budgets, and KPIs
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, HR partners, candidates and vendors
• Influence hiring leaders on intake discipline and market realities
• Use data and market insights to challenge assumptions and guide hiring strategies
• Lead Talent Partners and coach hiring leaders through challenging searches
