StackAdapt is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering & Product. This remote Canada-based role owns full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles, from intake to offer.

You’ll source proactively, leverage referrals, and partner with engineering and product leaders to build high-caliber teams. You’ll report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with Hiring Managers, People Partners, Finance, and Compensation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience driving mid-to-senior level recruitment cycles.
• Proficient in building interview plans and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, job posting, interviewing, negotiation and closing for eng and product roles.
• Build pipelines through Boolean search, direct outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set role requirements and interview plans.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse, track time-to-fill and conversions.
• Improve templates and candidate experience across TA processes.
• Advocate for diversity and inclusive, skills-based evaluation at every stage.
