Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Engineering & Product to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of technical roles. You’ll combine proactive sourcing with strong inbound pipelines and referrals, partnering with engineering leaders to fill high‑caliber roles for a remote Canada-based team.

You'll report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with Hiring Managers, People Partners, Finance, and Compensation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience driving mid‑ to senior‑level recruitment cycles.
• Hands‑on Boolean search and outreach that fills hard‑to‑fill technical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently while maintaining candidate engagement and momentum.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs, communicate updates, and guide interview cycles.
• Problem solving to troubleshoot standard recruitment roadblocks and adapt sourcing strategies.
• Takes ownership for moving searches forward, anticipates risks, and keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Continual improvement of interview quality, hiring manager capability, candidate experience, and recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, job posting, interviewing, negotiation and closing for engineering and product roles.
• Build pipelines through Boolean search, direct outreach, specialized communities and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to set role requirements, build interview plans, and calibrate against the market.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse, track time-to-fill and conversion, and flag bottlenecks early.
• Improve templates and structured technical interviewing and candidate experience across TA.
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion and fair, skills-based evaluation at every stage.
• Learn StackAdapt's hiring process and start managing a portfolio of requisitions; later run full-cycle searches independently.
