You’ll balance hands‑on execution with process improvement, stakeholder management, and hiring strategy in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define needs, build pipelines, and improve interviewing and manager calibration.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Lead, or team lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Talent Acquisition function at PolicyMe, shaping how we hire across Product and Engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and move searches forward.
• Lead sourcing across channels and build pipelines for high-quality talent.
• Improve recruiting workflows, interview processes, and manager calibration.
• Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and drive performance.
• Own recruiting reporting and dashboards to support hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership and the People team in a fast-moving environment.
