Siemens Healthineers invites applications for a Remote Support Specialist 3 – MR to deliver high‑level remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for MR equipment, supporting Customer Service Engineers and on-site teams as needed.

The role asks for an associate degree or 2 years of vocational training and more than 8 years of MR system experience, plus strong communication. The position includes international travel to assist customers and ongoing product support.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years' experience working on MR systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems remotely using Siemens Remote Services
• Good communication skills
• Shift is Friday through Monday 0930 - 2030 - 10 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing Siemens MR equipment.
• Dispatch notifications to CSE's and provide quality action plans
• Use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Follow escalation process and communicate with HSC/QIB to drive solutions.
• Travel to assist with on-site repair of customer equipment as required. (internationally at times - Canada and Latin America)
• Provide feedback to the factory regarding system performance

• Provide remote technical support to Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing Siemens MR equipment.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$75,660 - $104,027

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
