Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Global Trainer for Unity (ServiceNow) to lead comprehensive, global Unity training programs. You will design and deliver role-based sessions, partner with deployment teams, and drive adoption across regions and business units.

The role requires strong facilitation, ITSM experience, and travel up to 30%. You will align curricula with local languages, regulatory requirements, and diverse user needs for successful global rollout.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8+ years of experience delivering technology training in a global environment.
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ESM platform strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

  • Train-the-Trainer (TTT): Conduct TTT sessions to equip regional and country-level trainers with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver localized training effectively.
  • Curriculum Execution & Feedback: Deliver training aligned with the global Unity curriculum.
  • Support Localization Efforts: Partner with country deployment teams to adapt materials and delivery methods to local business processes, languages, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Program Teams: Work closely with the global Unity deployment team, change management, and communications functions to ensure training aligns with deployment timelines and readiness milestones.
  • Measure & Report Training Effectiveness: Monitor attendance, learner engagement, and post-training feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ongoing Support & Reinforcement: Support go-live readiness, post-go-live hypercare, and refresher training sessions as needed.

Global Trainer for Unity (ServiceNow)

This position is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions that enable end users, process owners, and support teams to adopt the new system efficiently. The trainer will collaborate closely with process leads, the training development team, and local deployment teams to ensure consistent and effective training delivery across all regions and business units worldwide.

Education & Experience

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Skilled in virtual training tools and LMS systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across time zones.

  • Culturally aware and comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.

  • High Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus

  • Ability to support role during U.S. East Coast Hours

  • Ability to Travel 30%

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$89,220 - $122,672


Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
