Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Senior Technical Consultants with 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft technical roles, primarily focusing on integration between PeopleSoft and Success Factors using Integration Broker. This remote position in Canada demands expertise in PeopleSoft Development Tools and strong communication skills. The consultant will interface with stakeholders and ensure successful implementations, along with a preference for experience in Agile project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical.
• Experience with at least 2 projects in PeopleSoft HCM domain.
• Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders for successfully implementing Oracle PSFT HCM.
• Implement integrations between PeopleSoft and Success Factor using Integration Broker.
