Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive client outcomes across loyalty platforms from a remote/hybrid base. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to define the right solution and align client objectives with platform capabilities.

You will own end-to-end solution scope, create BRDs and briefs, and guide tradeoffs while supporting pursuit materials and roadmaps. Travel may be required up to quarterly to foster collaboration and client success.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution: Elicits and validates business requirements that align client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers Solution Documentation: Creates and maintains BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs that keep solutions traceable end-to-end.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment: Scopes standard engagements independently, coordinating COGS validation across delivery, data, software, CS, and strategy.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams: Acts as the connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams throughout each project.
• Serves as Product and Platform SME: Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translates Feedback into Product Direction: Channels client and market insight to shape platform roadmap decisions.
• Optimizes Sales Enablement: Builds demos, proposals, and pitch materials that establish technical credibility with clients.
• Owns Solution Acceptance: Maintains design integrity from planning through launch, flagging delivery risks early.
• Presents Options and Guides Tradeoffs: Helps clients and internal
