A growing software development agency is seeking a Solutions Architect to translate business needs into scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software development, strong communication skills, and a proven ability in client-facing environments. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, lead requirement gathering sessions, and collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development or solution design (Laravel/Vue preferred).
• Proven ability to lead client-facing requirements gathering meetings, asking clarifying questions.
• Experience owning the requirements process from discovery to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, proposing logical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to define scope and support planning.

Skills

5+ years of experience in software development or solution design (Laravel/Vue preferred)

Proven ability to lead client-facing requirements gathering meetings

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Tools
