Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe Workfront expert to join as a solution leader, combining pre-sales and delivery leadership. You will guide engagements, define technical architectures, and own delivery outcomes across complex programs.

You will collaborate with growth, alliances, and client services to craft strategies, drive adoption of Adobe Marketing Cloud, and mentor teams through knowledge sharing and training. This role requires strong communication and international coordination.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, creative operations, or content operations architecture.
• 4+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration and architecture experience at enterprise scale.
• Prior consulting experience with a track record of leading complex client engagements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional design discussions and senior stakeholders.
• Functional knowledge of Workfront Fusion for cross-platform automation and workflow orchestration.
• Adobe Certification: Workfront Core Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales support writing proposals, roadmaps and statements of work.
• Provide solution leadership for large-scale Workfront implementations and transformations.
• Enable internal capability through training, knowledge sharing and partner certifications.
• Manage multiple client engagements with high-quality delivery and strong client relationships.
• Define architecture and coordinate dependencies across teams for delivery.
