Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Manager to lead and evolve our ServiceNow practice within the Enterprise Service Enablement portfolio. You will guide a distributed team, define platform governance, and ensure growth, stability, and maturity of the ServiceNow platform.

You will own the roadmap, oversee architectural direction, and manage stakeholder relationships to drive business value through scalable solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent inIS/CS/Business.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• 5-10+ years of ServiceNow capabilities experience (portal, catalog, agents, workspaces).
• 4+ years combining workflow automation and process design within ServiceNow or related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of ServiceNow professionals, fostering high performance.
• Monitor and report on service metrics such as health, backlog aging, SLA/OLA, and delivery throughput.
• Own and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap with annual/monthly planning and release adoption.
• Drive platform modernization toward customer-facing capabilities; balance KTLO with strategic initiatives.
• Provide architectural direction and oversee designs, integrations, and configurations for best practices.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships, including delivery quality and contracts.
