Job summary

Jobgether seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI to own architecture for AI-powered workflows, integration patterns, and governance across customer environments in a remote North American setting.

You will define patterns for scoped apps, UI Builder experiences, and AI orchestration while working with customer teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments and strong governance across regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and tooling (App Engine, UI Builder, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
• Hands-on knowledge of Now Assist and AI Agent Studio for agentic workflows.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and implement AI governance, guardrails, and testing.
• Strong REST/API design, security, access design, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define overall ServiceNow application architecture for customer environments.
• Design scalable patterns for scoped apps, workspaces, workflows, and AI integrations.
• Define interactions between AI agents, workflows, and human approvals.
• Set technical standards for configuration, governance, security, and guardrails.
• Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, and operational monitoring.
• Coordinate with customer teams on environment readiness and deployment approaches.
• Evaluate integration dependencies with core systems and data sources.
• Support REST/API patterns and data mapping considerations.
• Maintain architectural integrity throughout implementation.
