Job summary

Jobgether seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI to own architecture for AI-powered workflows, integration patterns, and governance across customer environments in a remote North American setting.

You will define patterns for scoped apps, UI Builder experiences, and AI orchestration while working with customer teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments and strong governance across regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and tooling (App Engine, UI Builder, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
• Hands-on knowledge of Now Assist and AI Agent Studio for agentic workflows.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and implement AI governance, guardrails, and testing.
• Strong REST/API design, security, access design, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or regulated environments is preferred.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI based in Canada.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI, you will own the architecture of sophisticated ServiceNow applications that combine workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and agentic AI capabilities. You will shape scalable and secure solutions that enable AI-powered workflows while maintaining strong governance and human oversight. The role spans application design, user experiences, integrations, platform architecture, and AI orchestration. You will work closely with customer technical teams to assess environments, connectivity, identity, access, and deployment readiness. Your expertise will help ensure AI agents and automated workflows operate reliably within complex enterprise ecosystems. This is an opportunity to influence innovative ServiceNow solutions across insurance and other regulated industries.

Accountabilities

• Define the overall ServiceNow application architecture and determine how solutions fit within customer ServiceNow environments.
• Design scalable patterns for scoped applications, workspaces, user experiences, workflows, integrations, and agentic AI.
• Establish how AI agents, workflows, business rules, integrations, human approvals, and user experiences interact across the platform.
• Define technical standards for configuration, extensions, governance, security, and platform guardrails.
• Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, guardrails, acceptance criteria, testing, and operational monitoring requirements.
• Partner with customer technical teams to confirm environment readiness, connectivity, identity and access requirements, security considerations, and deployment approaches.
• Evaluate integration dependencies involving insurance core systems, policy administration, claims, broker and customer platforms, document systems, and other enterprise data sources.
• Support the assessment of REST/API patterns, IntegrationHub, data mapping, data readiness, and integration complexity in regulated environments.
• Remain actively involved throughout implementation to maintain architectural integrity and ensure solutions align with established standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, including App Engine, scoped applications, UI Builder, Workspaces, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, and AI-enabled workflow design.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows and implementing AI governance, guardrails, validation, testing, responsible AI controls, and operational monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST/API architecture, integration patterns, security, access design, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience designing ServiceNow solutions for insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or other regulated workflow environments is preferred.
• Practical experience with insurance core-system integration concepts, including policy administration, claims, broker or customer platforms, document systems, and insurance data flows is an advantage.
• Ability to assess integration dependencies and collaborate effectively with customer technical teams without necessarily acting as a full enterprise integration architect.
• Experience establishing platform governance, technical standards, and scalable implementation patterns for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical architecture decisions.
