Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and contribute to automation-first development in a remote/hybrid environment with occasional travel. A solid foundation in ServiceNow, JavaScript, and APIs is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, application development, or automation experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled automation, workflows, or intelligent platform solutions.
• Experience building and supporting REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale ServiceNow and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop intelligent workflows using AI Agents, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and automation capabilities.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and reusable platform services.
• Translate solution designs into secure, scalable, production-ready implementations.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first, and automation-focused engineering practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and innovation initiatives.
