Insight Global is seeking 4 Remote ServiceNow Developers to support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiative for a major financial services client. Team members will capture requirements, design, develop, and implement workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Perform current-state analysis and documentation of existing workflows.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions.

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking 4 Remote ServiceNow Developers to support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiative for one of our largest financial services clients. These individuals will work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture current-state processes, gather requirements, and design, develop, and implement workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

This position will involve documenting existing workflows, designing future-state solutions, conducting QA and UAT testing, supporting production deployments, and providing post-go-live support. The developers will be responsible for guiding projects through the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through deployment, monitoring, and knowledge transfer to RBC teams.

The work will be delivered across multiple phases focused on modernizing infrastructure, service intake, and operational workflows. Candidates should have strong ServiceNow development experience, be comfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholders, and have experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations within complex environments.

This is a fully remote position with an initial 12-month contract and potential for extension.

• HRSD / HR Management Plusses:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or Certified Integration Specialist
  • Two or more ServiceNow Micro-Certifications, such as:

    • Application Developer – User Interface Creator
    • Integration Hub
    • Service Portal
    • Predictive Intelligence
• Exposure to internal controls, audit, risk management, or regulatory compliance programs.
