Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Procurement Senior Manager in Canada to lead a ~30‑person procurement team and drive the strategy across a portfolio of EPC projects. You will partner with Project Directors, Engineering, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure cost, schedule, quality and safety targets are met.

Fluent English is required; 15+ years in procurement or related fields, with 8+ years leading large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, or EPC execution.
• Minimum 8 years leading large procurement organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and developing leadership teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects.
• Fluent English; French is a plus; ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Project Procurement strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead a ~30 person procurement organization through Team Leaders.
• Drive supplier performance, governance, and risk mitigation across projects.
• Partner with Project Directors, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Establish standardized processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
