Job summary

Instacart is seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations professional to design and own the core mechanics of how the media team plans, executes, and optimizes work. You will drive scalable processes across budgeting, reporting, and automation, while leading cross-functional operating rhythms and stakeholder communications.

This remote Canada role offers equity grants and annual refresh grants, with a Flex First policy and Alberta/Ontario/BC/Nova Scotia hiring.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years in Marketing or Media Operations or related field.
• Senior IC with ownership over cross-functional operating systems.
• Fluency in program management, workback schedules, risk management.
• Systems mindset with ability to standardize templates and drive adoption.
• Experience with media planning, intake, prioritization and execution at scale.
• Strong written communication and leadership-ready materials.
• Analytical fluency with performance metrics and financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the core mechanics of how the media team plans, executes, and optimizes work.
• Redesign planning frameworks, templates, and cadences across the team.
• Develop a scalable media operating system with budgeting, reporting, and automation.
