Job summary

Instacart is seeking a Senior Retail Partnerships Lead to own relationships end-to-end with strategic retailers in Canada. You will translate retailer goals into actionable plans, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive growth and platform adoption at the CEO/Owner level.

You’ll deepen data-driven narratives and steer partnership roadmaps across product, marketing, operations, and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-scaling, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related client-facing commercial role.
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder relationships at senior levels, including CEO/Owner engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategic narratives.
