Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a Senior Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) Engineer to lead IAM design and delivery across enterprise systems. You will drive secure, scalable identity services in a hybrid cloud setting, collaborating with security, application, and infrastructure teams.

The role requires hands-on AIC expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into technical IAM solutions while ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience with enterprise systems.
• Hands-on design and implementation of IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of federation and authentication standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support Ping AIC for workforce and partners.
• Develop authentication, authorization, and lifecycle workflows.
• Integrate apps using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, REST.
• Lead design reviews, document procedures, and mentor juniors.
