Qualifications

• Experience with IAM/IGA or related security tech.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA.
• Exposure to identity platforms such as Okta, Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID.
• Enterprise environments with directories, SaaS apps and cloud infra.
• Troubleshoot integrations involving APIs or auth flows.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman or similar tools.
• Comfort with CLI tools and basic scripting for troubleshooting.
• Exposure to major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagements with sales throughout the process.
• Deliver product demos and technical walkthroughs for prospects.
• Assist in technical workshops, evaluations, and PoC engagements.
• Explain identity concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve demos and DC operations.
