Job summary

Allstate Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise IAM solutions. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable identity services across the organization.

This hybrid role requires hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and collaboration with security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure IAM success across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience across enterprise environments.
• 5+ years with Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and JWT.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Ping AIC IAM solutions for workforce, customers, and partners.
• Develop authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Configure journeys, authentication trees, MFA, and adaptive controls.
• Integrate apps via SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and REST APIs.
• Mentor junior IAM engineers and participate in risk-based security reviews.
