• Proven success managing enterprise, client-facing engagements with complex requirements.
• Experience in retail technology, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of paid professional services engagements for enterprise retail clients.
• Drive internal approvals and ensure engagements are commercially sound and clearly defined.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout delivery.
