Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA is required.
• Minimum 7 years of civil engineering focused on water and sanitation.
• Experience leading remote project teams.
• Proficient with civil design software and hydraulic modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and implementation of water supply, wastewater treatment, and reticulation projects.
• Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies to commissioning.
• Prepare engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and network analysis for water and sewer systems.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulators, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers in a remote team.
• Ensure compliance with national standards and best practices in water and sanitation.
• Oversee remote construction monitoring and issue resolution.
• Contribute to proposals and business development.
