Job summary

IBM's SuccessFactors & HR Talent Technologies practice is expanding. We seek Integration Experts to design, implement and integrate HR landscapes across platforms like SAP SuccessFactors HXM, S/4HANA HCM and partner systems. The role supports national Canada projects with remote delivery and selective on-site workshops.

You will lead workshops, guide offshore teams, and ensure robust interfaces, testing, deployment and post-go-live support across multi‑vendor HR ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client‑facing roles leading complex interface design and architecture.
• Proven Integration Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects with Core/Hybrid deployments.
• Hands‑on with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON; experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Role is primarily remote with occasional on-site travel up to 4 days/week as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements driving interface architecture and issue resolution.
• Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations (Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid).
• Apply expertise in SAP BTP CPI and lead offshore teams.
• Collaborate with IBM cross‑functional teams to provide technical leadership.
