Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a fully remote contract in Canada. You will assess the current Sales Cloud, design a future-state architecture, and lead implementation with a hands-on, declarative-first mindset.

You'll work with executives and Business Development to translate sales requirements into scalable configurations, optimize data quality, and manage integrations with tools like Maxio and PandaDoc.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration or consulting experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong Salesforce Flow expertise with a declarative-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Audit and modernize the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
• Design future-state architecture and implementation plan.
• Establish change-management with sandbox, deployment, and training.
• Gather requirements from Business Development and translate to Salesforce config (types, layouts, fields, flows).
• Configure integrations with Maxio, PandaDoc, and other tools, with data mapping and rules.
• Improve user experience via Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, dashboards.
• Identify and automate repetitive processes using Salesforce Flow.
• Evaluate AppExchange solutions with business value and tradeoffs.
• Lead data-quality initiatives: deduplication, validation rules, data standards.
• Provide ongoing Salesforce support post-implementation.
