Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking an intermediate Salesforce developer to join a remote-first team in Vancouver, BC for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will develop innovative Salesforce applications that enhance customer and associate experiences.

With 3–5 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience, you will work in an agile environment, collaborate across teams, and help drive deployment, testing, and production support while leveraging modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex programming experience or strong background in software development.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and supporting customer service-related applications.
• Experience with LWC or front-end Salesforce development.
• Experience with API-led development and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes as part of end-to-end ownership.
• Knowledge of OOP concepts and software design principles, with ability to work with established architectures and best practices.
• Production support and operational support experience, including troubleshooting and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers on system and data integrations with the Salesforce platform.
• Develop, test, debug, and demonstrate your work in an agile environment.
• Contribute to team success by using your Salesforce domain expertise.
