Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise or Salesforce architecture experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience leading enterprise CRM transformation in large organizations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Snowflake, Azure, and legacy apps.
• Experience designing Customer 360 and data management solutions.
• Deep understanding of APIs, middleware, data architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience establishing governance and platform operating models; strong stakeholder management.
• Balancing modernization with legacy constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across Salesforce and related platforms.
• Define current-state and future-state architecture strategies for customer, loyalty, marketing, and digital ecosystems.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including SAP, Snowflake, Azure, and legacy retail systems.
• Develop scalable Customer 360 solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Product, Data, Security, and Engineering teams to establish technology roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Drive platform governance, optimization, and consumption management initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Design API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native integration patterns.
• Enable real-time data sharing and customer activation across marketing, ecommerce, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Champion enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and data governance requirements.
• Support strategic vendor evaluations, architecture reviews, and technology investment decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business -stakeholders on CRM transformation and customer technology strategy.
• Mentor solutions architects, developers, and technical teams while promoting architecture excellence across the organization.

This role will be responsible for defining the architecture roadmap across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, enterprise data platforms, and integration ecosystems while supporting large-scale modernization initiatives across a complex retail environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce architecture expertise, extensive enterprise integration experience, and a proven ability to navigate complex legacy environments. They will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, driving architectural decisions that enable scalable customer experiences, operational efficiency, and long-term platform sustainability.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or Salesforce architecture experience.
• Expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience leading enterprise CRM transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms such as: SAP Snowflake Microsoft Azure Legacy applications
• Experience designing Customer 360 and customer data management solutions.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, data architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience establishing governance, architecture standards, and platform operating models. Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence executive-level decision making.
• Experience balancing modernization objectives with legacy system constraints.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience within retail, grocery, consumer goods, loyalty, or ecommerce environments.
• Experience leading cloud transformation and platform modernization programs.
