Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
• Experience in residential development or with homebuilder clients preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation and production of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Review materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Manage website updates and social media reviews.
• Support new community launches and sales office readiness.
• Process Agreements of Purchase and Sale and maintain purchaser records.
• Prepare and distribute sales, traffic, and purchaser reports.
