Job summary

Postscript, the AI-powered SMS and email marketing platform, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join a fully remote team. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to demonstrate capabilities, run proofs of concept, and turn concepts into scalable customer strategies.

You’ll become a technical trusted advisor, document requests for the Product team, and help build our solutions engineering playbooks while advancing your career in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proactive, collaborative across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the Postscript platform and use cases.
• Help customers extend strategy to email and SMS with best practices.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery calls and content creation.
• Support sales in demonstrating capabilities and winning customers.
• Lead technical discovery calls and document new product requests.
• Prepare demos with Account Executives for advanced capabilities.
• Execute POCs with onboarding and engineering teams.
• Provide API integration guidance and create technical content.
• Offer technical support to onboarding and customer support teams.
• Collaborate with partners building integrations.
