Job summary

Screaming Power is seeking a motivated recent graduate for an entry-level role in sales, marketing, and digital operations. You will support lead generation, CRM management in HubSpot, content creation and campaign reporting. Training will be provided to learn our products, systems and processes.

The position is remote, open to candidates nationwide, with onboarding in Toronto and ongoing guidance from the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a diploma or degree from a recognized college or university.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with cold calling.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development and digital advertising.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn HubSpot, Jira, WordPress, Canva and analytics tools.
• Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through email, cold calling, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Research prospective customers, decision-makers, partnerships and opportunities.
• Manage contacts, pipelines, follow-ups, campaigns and reports in HubSpot CRM.
• Prepare professional sales emails, presentations, proposals and marketing materials.
• Create and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google and other platforms.
• Manage social-media accounts and content calendars.
