Job summary

The Vaz Agency in Kelowna, BC is seeking a motivated benefits sales representative for remote, commission-based work. You will engage with individuals and families to understand their needs and supply insurance and benefits solutions.

Training is provided, and uncapped earning potential comes from your performance. Prior sales experience helps, but candidates with strong communication and a drive to grow are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to protect what matters most. You'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, develop your sales skills, and grow within a performance-driven organization.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided. State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products, and candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate license.
