Job summary

KeyData Cyber is seeking a SailPoint Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of Identity Security projects across North America from Canada. You will coordinate delivery teams, align with sales, and ensure outstanding customer experience and successful business outcomes.

The role requires a strong delivery background, stakeholder engagement, and leadership, with a focus on accelerating growth and adoption of our IAM programs. This is a remote 12-month contract with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting organizations.
• 3+ years in project/delivery management or professional services leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations or consulting engagements.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with pre-sales collaboration for project scoping and delivery planning.
• Strong customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint implementations and advisory engagements.
• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently with quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for project status, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams during pre- and post-sales phases for scoping and planning.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
• Monitor project financials, profitability, utilization, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with Resource Management and Delivery Leadership to align staffing needs.
• Establish strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide executive updates on project health and delivery metrics.
• Support customer adoption and long-term success with Customer Success teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and governance standards across delivery.
