Job summary

TTG (Thatcher Technology Group) seeks an Intermediate Project Manager to lead client engagements across TTG’s software platforms, from onboarding to post‑implementation support, blending hands-on project work with client relationship management.

You will own delivery plans, budgets, milestones, and risk, coordinate across technical and client teams, and travel occasionally for client needs. 3–5 years PM experience in software SaaS is expected; PMP/Scrum Master credentials are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in software implementations or SaaS environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff to post‑go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Develop project plans, milestones, testing plans, cutover strategies, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing activities, and dependencies across technical and client teams.
• Manage multiple client engagements and enhancements simultaneously, with clear reporting on progress and risks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
