Job summary

Thatcher Technology Group (TTG) seeks an Intermediate Business Analyst to bridge clients with Professional Services, translating business needs into actionable requirements and supporting implementations from discovery to delivery.

You will lead interviews and workshops, document functional specs, and ensure alignment with engineering and product teams while maintaining SOC 2 and PCI-DSS aware practices.

Qualifications

• Lead client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business needs, processes, exceptions, and outcomes.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify gaps, constraints, dependencies, and conflicting requirements early with practical solutions.
• Maintain requirements, meeting notes, decision logs, and project docs throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop UAT scenarios and support clients through testing and validation.
• Demonstrate functionality and map capabilities to business requirements.
• Create client training materials and lead training sessions for key processes.
• Act as primary client contact for requirements, testing, and training with the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with PM, Development, QA, and Product to align decisions.
