Job summary

Thatcher Technology Group (TTG) is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to lead client engagements across TTG’s software platforms, including Prowess and Ascend. The role blends hands-on project work with client relationship management, from onboarding through post-implementation support.

Canada-based remote work option, with travel occasionally. The role requires 3–5 years in software project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in software implementations or SaaS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to support project documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• PMP certification or Scrum Master experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in direct selling or MLM industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from start to finish and own delivery.
• Develop project plans, milestones, testing plans, cutover strategies, and contingencies.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and dependencies across teams.
• Manage multiple engagements and smaller enhancements within scope.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Produce scheduled reports on milestones, velocity, and budget performance.
• Maintain clear client communications and escalate when needed.
• Travel occasionally for client or project needs.
